# Third-party notices and sources

Original app code, study briefs, worked examples and the fictional NightOwl Meals case are provided under the repository MIT license. No proprietary case studies, paid course imports, textbook prose or external datasets are bundled.

The curriculum scope was cross-checked against [Harvard Business School's MBA curriculum](https://www.hbs.edu/mba/academic-experience/curriculum) (reviewed 2026-10-28). This is an independent subject map, not a reproduction of that curriculum or an affiliated course. External references retain their own rights.

Chapter reading links point to [OpenStax business books](https://openstax.org/subjects/business), including accounting, economics, finance, management, marketing, organizational behaviour, ethics, entrepreneurship and business statistics. OpenStax licensing applies to their materials, which are linked rather than reproduced. Check each book's current license before importing any content.

The build uses [Marked](https://github.com/markedjs/marked), MIT licensed. The deployed distribution includes its license as MARKED-LICENSE.txt because generated HTML is produced by Marked; Marked itself is not shipped as browser JavaScript.

Browser testing uses [Playwright](https://github.com/microsoft/playwright), Apache-2.0 licensed, as a development dependency. Playwright and browser binaries are not deployed. npm dependency packages retain their upstream licenses. This project uses system fonts and no external image assets.
